I'm one of those girls that gains a lot of weight when pregnant....
Didn't care much about it during the process.
But now, after having the baby....
WOW.....
I have a lot to lose :(
During breastfeeding, I will not embark in crazy diets.....
But once the baby is one month old, I should start doing exercise.
This will be a lengthy process, normally it takes one year to lose it all....
But I have done it before.
And will do it again.
This is a worthy sacrifice.... my beautiful baby deserves it.
And I will feel myself again.
